Hello Update.....

Hello To All:

The Art of Saying Hello has been busy! Thanks to all who send referrals, comments, and suggestions! 2009 is definitely a great year.

Lets see.

We have a few major web projects. A new company (that we are respecting not to announce the name, purpose or logo until copyrights and other legal issues are sealed) asked us to anchor the designs for their website. We will work along side web technicians in India to create this major project. Stay tuned and we'll give more info as time and legalities permits.

We're also designing a website for Diamond Touch Spa. Its a new spa in Atlanta GA. We'll be designing and developing the entire site. This site is scheduled to be live in the spring of this year.

The Art of Saying Hello is also bringing new policies and procedures to the table to assure accuracy our payment systems, design quality, and legal aspects. We strive to be a customer friendly design company. If there are any comments you have that could make us a better group of designers, please do not hesitate to let us know. We want feedback!

Speaking of which, soon, we will email our current and previous clients feedback questionnaires. Kind of a "comment card" so to speak. We encourage all comments. And we'll have a feedback page on our site soon.

Thats all for now.

Oh and if you haven't join our friend's email list THE A SPOT. We highly suggest to read his (our friend AJ) letters! Just some humor to brighten your day during the tough times these days.

Smile its free! Besides it looks great on you!

Free Business Cards!!! What is Hello? Crazy?

We want to design and print 100 free business cards for your company today! With your purchase of a new Hello Logo, you will receive 100 premium business cards designed, printed and shipped out to you for no additional cost. If you don't have a logo how can anyone take your business serious?

Branding means a lot.

You wouldn't know where to get your BigMac without seeing those golden arches first. Right? Throughout your day today, take notice of all the success companies out there. And take a look at their logo. How would you identify who they are without that logo?

When you see the FEDEX logo, you think, delivery.

When you see the Nike logo, you think, athletic wear.

What do people think of when they see your business card? Is there a significant identity attached to good or service?

All we're saying is do not half step. Contact us today at info@artofsayinghello.com or click above.

Your Idea + Investment (Time + Money)= A Success Business

It's hard out here for a Designer.

Some may think that since we enjoy what we're doing, then it should be free.  And yes, it's true; we love designing.  However as a business owner, it's a means of survival.  We're past the "I'll do a logo for the low-low." I'm noticing a few things.

Designers try to stay away from the free loaders. "Yo, I want a logo man! How much you charge for X? Oh aiight, I'll call you next week after my next paycheck!" But then they decide not to go with any branding. Or they go with an unprofessional brand that was suitable for their pockets.

Your business will not succeed without investment [consistency + money]. You have to invest time and money into your business (marketing, a team) in order for your business to flourish.

I've seen businesses flourish off of a small budget. They had consistency in their products and services which made their customers believers thus spreading the word to new customers.
And I've seen businesses kill themselves with a large budget.  In my opinion, a brand and consistency keeps a business above water. Branding keeps the customer interested and familiar with a company. And consistency reinforces.

You can have consistency without a brand, but then customers would not know your name when its time for word of mouth advertising.

My point: Your idea is nothing without a brand [logos].
